- 100% Dollar Tree Rag Wreath for total cost of whopping $7!! We will be using all Dollar Tree items - 3 scarves and 3 rolls of tulle! Let me show you how to make this easy rag wreath. This rag wreath tutorial is with Dollar Tree heart wreath frame, but same loop and swoop technique could be done with the Dollar Tree round wreath form. It is a perfect dollar tree valentine's day wreath or use neutral fabric and use year round. Great wedding wreath too.

I have had this wreath form for weeks but just couldn't decide on what I wanted to do.. Then I came across your post and I love It!! The dollar tree scarfs are the perfect fit. This will be my first rag wreath & you make it look so simple. Make no mistake I know the reality of the time it will take but am excited to take this one on. Thank you Kathy for sharing your creative talent. I have completed three of your creations and have supplies for many more.. Coco is such a cutie pie, i see she likes to play with the scraps. ha ha ! I will have to watch my dog Snapper really close because he likes to eat any craft scraps that end up on the floor. Such a goofy Doggy:)

So happy to see this tutorial. I bought the metal heart and mesh a while ago. Didn’t know how I was going to use it but this was just what I was looking for. Now I have to try and find the scarves 😳 Thanks so much for the great ideas. This could take me a while 😩😅 Coco so sweet 🤗

Oh I love your rag wreath! Thanks for teaching the technique looks easy. I made one years ago where you attach a piece of torn fabric to a floral pick with wire and stack the pieces on a styrofoam wreath.However I adore the light airy and feminine feeling of yours so much.Coco is darling what a little love!!!
