I noticed some sort of evolution of more camouflage than old footage of these beings. Did you notice the same thing?
I'm referring to catch from the years 1990-2000.
Hard for me to say, my experience goes back only to 2017 and I haven't viewed enough footage from the period your talking about to make a determination.
Wonder if they feed off children's positive energy and imagination in these public places? Like the market. Hope all is well.
