I made this using a 7” ring, 3” ring and white 2 mm cord. I had to use 44 cords instead of 36...probably because I used smaller cord. I used white feathers and turquoise beads. I didn’t put as many feathers on it as in the instructions as it seemed as it would overpower it. It turned out beautiful! I wish I could share a photo of it on here.

Using the clipboard is a very ingenious way you are using to hold your work "in place!!!" I never thought of doing that - it will help me with A LOT of the pieces I'm wanting to macrame. Hi! This is AMAZING. I really wanna do this one but I have a question. The chord I have is 3mm, so I probably have to add some strands. Do you think I have to double it? Or, how many strands could I add for it to end up right?

Very nice but I used your messurements that you put in the left corner and thats diffrent from what you are showing. Im short of rope now. I used 5 mm rope and it doesnt fit on the 9 inch ring. Only 28 strings :(

Well! You can do the job with 28'' cord as well. Slightly longer or shorter won't make any differences becoz, at the end you've to chop out the remaining cords.

would love to make this but the instructions arent the best. on video you show 28" cord but your measurements show you measuring 33", you say you use nylon cord but give links to cotton cord. And how long are the hanging pieces???

Laura Crawley ah okay. Well since the design has them dangling at the end exact length isn’t the biggest priority so I’d probably hedge my bets and cut cord at around 30’! Either you have slightly shorter hanging threads or slightly longer, won’t make too much difference :)
