If you remember Carrie basically cheated on Big when she met up with her ex-boyfriend when they were in the middle east and her friends told her don't tell him Carrie and she did and it did not sit well with him (which was to be expected). @@irshgrl500 First of all, Natasha was not a gold digger, *he* proposed to her and she already had her own assets at 27, her parents had a house in the Hamptons, she had a job at Ralph Lauren etc. Big was a narcissistic jerk that married her quickly, played victim like someone forced him into a beige North-Korean jail, CHEATED ON NATASHA at record speed and all the while, Carrie was a willing participant. So yeah, between the trashiness of Carrie's behaviour during the affair (at her married lover's apartment!!) and when she stalked Natasha at the restaurant to "apologise" (trashy, trashy, trashy) and the polite, quiet response she gets from a very Audrey Hepburn-like Natasha at lunch, wearing soft pink, I'd say that Natasha is head and shoulders above Mr.Big and Carrie in class, dignity and charme. She is a real role model in how to deal with indecent people that did you dirty. Rise above. _btw, I didn't say that Big cheated on Carrie, I don't care. Their relationship was toxic and horrible (personal opinion) The Big character is a man child with a huge ego and little pride.

The way Carrie used Aiden, cheated on him with Big and then months later wanted Aiden back only to use him again, accept his proposal, wear the damn ring around her neck and then threw him away a second time… I have no sympathy for Carrie and if Big is cheating on her it’s karmic justice. SJP owns the character and plays her beautifully but Carrie has always been selfish, self possessed and self righteous, with the men in her life and her friends.

Eternally referred to as the fifth star of the SATC franchise, aside from a few moments here and there Episodes 1 & 2 were fashionably disappointing. Nonetheless, I remain hopeful that the stylists wanted to protect us by slow walking us into a world of more archive-worthy looks. I mean, let’s face it, most of our emotions were thoroughly depleted, leaving the fashion choices to play the role of a non-union extra. I can’t wait to see what else they have in store!! I’d take these ladies back, even watered down versions, in a heartbeat!! Of course I didn’t expect women in their 50s to dress the way they did in their 30s, I definitely don’t, but I honestly anticipated more.
