Prepare to be ANGRY. Make no mistake: what's happening at Boeing is absolutely a public safety crisis. But the rot goes much deeper than Boeing -- it's the FAA, the DOT, the NTSB, and the airlines themselves. Former Boeing 737 Program senior manager Ed Pierson joins us to expose the corporate greed, criminal negligence, and government ineptitude that continue to put the public at risk. For more information about Ed you can visit his website at edpierson.com or his podcast, "Warning Bells".

Man, cant wait to see this guest live a happy and healthy life!!!!
I’m pretty sure the one who was found dead was a different whistle blower, but saying much of the same stuff
@@Kook_Krazyyea it was a different guy, john barnett. im sure it was a one time thing and will never ever happen again
How does it feel to be Ben 24/7
@@tswizzle4eva578 He's had Benough of this shit tbh.
i don't think they would take an interview with a possibly assassinated guy so light
I felt so sad when he said "Thanks for letting me speak longer than two minutes." Even when these interviews and shows are trying to raise awareness about these issues, they still care about ratings or comedy (esp Jon Stewart omg that man is allergic to letting guests talk) instead of the actual humans behind these stories.
I currently work as a manufacturing engineer, and this content is absolute PREMIUM. Thank you for such an objectively informative episode.
Ending the call gave me anxiety
Why what happened??
Loved that Ed apologised for saying ass and then Ben used the phrase cluster fuck about 5 mins later. Beautiful.
Then apologized again when he said crap 😂

just got my private pilot license. i’m training to become an airline pilot. i thought it was a great episode with ed. def appreciate y’all shedding some light on boeing’s shady practices. especially with all the horrific news this week...

KING
Ben is going to slide into your DMs so fuckin hard
i am not a plane person but this episode helped me realize how serious and important for everybody the discussion is
also i see many similarities in the decreasing quality of the railroad systems and the decreasing quality of the plane production
like how the government just looks the other way from their flaws
Really appreciate the way you boys interview people, just letting them talk. Keep up the excellent work!
that really means a lot. thank you
Wow, best guest interview so far! Really great look behind the scenes with someone in the know. Would love for this to expand into other industries. I know Ben is a plane goob, but I would love to see an interview in this style with a pharmaceutical whistleblower.
thank you!
Absolutely love your guest episodes. It’s obvious you guys really listen to your guests and give them the opportunity to tell their story.
Evident when Ed thanked you for letting him speak 48:21
Did ben have fun this episode ?
probably rock hard at every mention of plane crashes.
@@OfficerRFriendlyyou couldn’t tell the table was 2 inches higher than usual?
so much fun!
What an incredible interview guys. Such intelligent questions, love how you gave your guest room to talk, and it wasn't too difficult to grasp for a layman. Top notch content again from the two most handsome men on CZcams ❤❤
thank you so much Dean!
most important lesson of 2024: wear your Boeing airplane seatbelt so your shirt doesn’t get sucked off
What if I want my shirt to get sucked off?
Small detail but loved how he remembered your guys’ names and used them. This was so informative and interesting!!!
This was sooooooo good! Incredible interview! This is why I'm such a big fan. Y'all can talk about nothing and be silly or conduct a better interview than 60 Minutes. Great stuff!
Absolutely thrilled to watch this the day before my trans-pacific flight on a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner 😁👍
UPDATE: Should've skipped this episode
Thank you for this, I will in fact skip it. Sorry boys!
The Washington 787's are probably OK.
Did you make it?
Wondering if Ed would've agreed to appear on a podcast called Pay Pigs...
Guaranteed he doesn’t know what it even means
Thank you for bringing Ed Pierson on! You guys always book such timely and considerate guests, I always appreciate it.
Young boys shouldn't need to worry that their shirt might get sucked off every time they step on a plane. Boeing's corporate culture needs to change
If it's a Boeing, it's going... to result in fatalities
Love that you guys can throw in interviews like this now! Great info. Even though i don’t know anything about planes this explained the headlines so well. Please keep doing what you want!!
thank you so much!
Please keep making stuff like this. I love it when you are making what you are interested in rather than a strict format/style. Although can we please have Ben say he is having fun his mom is worried!
thank you but even every week we're making what we're interested in because we're covering what we wanna cover!
if it’s boeing i’m no call no showing‼️
pretty gud
The future of Boeing is really up in the air…
I disagree, but I'm glad you're optimistic.
I hope Ben is having fun 😕 Hi Ben's mom ❤
Thank you Ed! Your message is SO important and it will absolutely play a role in the day of reckoning that is coming for those involved with the airline industry.
I feel safer knowing there’s people like Ed in the world 😊❤
This is how you interview; the more they can speak and share their wealth of knowledge the more we benefit. Thanks guys
One of the best guests so far. As a former airline employee, I can say there are many areas of complacency and negligence from top to bottom, not just in the construction of planes. Loved this more serious type of interview, and you guys had some great observations and questions, keep it up!
thank you very much!!
The timing on this one is impeccable.
Really loved this episode, hope you can do more deep dives in the future
we will
Best episode so far. This interview was so good
thank you Abbie that really means a lot!!!
At this point the frame behind them is an easter egg on every episode!
I had to present a speech for one of my classes in University about Boeing and two of the sources I used was Ed Pierson, and the other one was Ben Cahn😭😭
Emil? Your bob?? Is FYE!! 🔥🔥
hahahh
I was locked in this episode. Nice job giving the guest time to speak and explain in detail his experience and insights. I hope that leadership in this industry and worldwide has improvement with the focus on safety and positive results, not profits for a few while sacrificing lives.
hi ben’s mom hope you’re having a great day
I legit get so excited when you guys release episode
pretty saucy bigtime interview boys. proud of u xoxo
This was one of the best guest episodes you guys have had, great job guys and Ed!
Bro these Boeings are having more issues than the Ford Pinto did before the government stepped in, then. So are Teslas, for that matter
This was such a great episode guys thanks for bringing him on this was so interesting. What a great guy
Thank you for sharing this story and finding such a perfect guest to talk about this issue. another job well done boys
Thank you Ben and Emil, this is so important and helpful for those who don’t know anything about plane models. Love you guys!
ONCE AGAIN TRULY MY FAVORITE PODCAST!!!!
locking eyes w/ that wonky bill gates portrait brings me peace
Great episode! You guys just keep on killin it
What an interesting interview. Thanks for this one!
This was an awesome interview! Informative guest and you can tell how engaged Ben and Emil were
A super engaging interview. great episode!!!
This was so informative and interesting. Ed rocks, thanks boys!
this guy had such a good vibe
Great interview and very informative

Fascinating interview, good work boys

Loved the bubble wrap to blue chew transition
Amazing guest, amazing interview. Great job guys 👏
This episode was greatly informative!

Oh boy I can’t wait to get on my flight right after watching this
This is one of the best shows you have ever done! Tremendous content and you really bought this guy out!
This is huge.
Great interview, thank you Baes.
(I don't wanna fly never again)

Incredible interview gentlemen
This is a huge get! Great episode! Glad I'm flying an Airbus to Hawaii
You guys are incredible interviewers fr
Thanks for having Ed on he seems like a great man.
Haven’t even watched it yet and I know it’s a great episode
Great episode boys! Keep it up!
Yeah this is phenomenal. Kudos to u and the guest
Great interview boys
Great interview guys!
thank you!
Fantastic episode 🫡
Best and most informative episode
well, the only way to address this is a massive airplane recall.
1:14:26 hahaha, great episode boys. This is why i stick through the all the butt talk to get to the actual info we need.
loved this episode boys!!
sad that this isn't getting more views. this is important info!
share it!
So excited for the second cuss free episode!😅😅
If its Boeing, I ain't going.
If its a bus, I'll give it my trust.
favorite podcast yet. having déjà vue to the railroad incidents.. similar quality control issues rooted to corporate greed, rushing things that shouldn’t be rushed.
sounds like every company is having the same issues: corporate greed ruining quality of service/product. whether that’s lay offs, underpaying workers, understaffing, lack of maintenance, not upgrading technology, etc..
aw man thank you dude.
Thank you for going past the usual ~60 minutes for this episode
thank YOU for watching
I was just thinking damn i miss the boys and then I realized its Thursday lets gooo
2:34 in Airbus, I buss
This makes me glad I had clicked on a video recommended by CZcams even when it was from Paypigs
I have welded in RV manufacturing for about 10 years now and it’s unreal hearing Ed describe the manufacturing process similar to how we were building units during the crazy sales in 2020-2022. We could not get enough appliances, metal, frames, you name it, in to build the units. They would stick them outside until we got whatever it needed then someone would go finish it. Mind you the RV industry is known to have dogshit quality control across most brands.
I have too much of a conscious to produce junk for the price people pay for these units but that’s not true for everybody in the factory. Sounds a lot like similar things happening at Boeing which is INSANE considering the differences in safety standards.
Great episode guys, I don’t know what it is about you two little stinkers that make learning so easy for me but I really feel like I’ve learned a ton from episode 1 of TM to now.
My least favorite co-worker eats homemade tahini and spends his shift sweating out garlic and belching. I pray for him to get fired before I go to bed.
First time listener made it to 4:32 and subbed.
hell yeah thank you so much!!
God I love learning from the boys, love this interview and love the boys
Man this episode really gave me a Boe-ner.
1:08:17 they are going to do the same thing that the NALC does with the post office. They are going to talk about it, and if they don't like what the post office said then they will talk about it some more. And if they don't like that then they'll wait a little bit longer, and then talk about it some more. No change will come with our current leadership in these companies nationwide
*Ex-Boeing 737 MAX manager found unalive at his home*
I thought u guys were gonna have William prizone be the whistle-blower. This will be sick
Seems like every episode about airline disasters is days before I have a flight 🫠
LOL Sponsor link is still "paypigs"! Also 1:14:25 I had to stop the video entirely to keep it together.
Thank you all for doing this podcast! We need to hear more from Ed Pierson ! Ed, stay safe, Boeing is now wet working people. We need you Ed Pierson to keep telling your story! Do more social media & mainstream media! Get these idiots for what they did to John Barnett !
Is that Billy G in the background?
Looks like him
Yo we have to get these paintings in the background on a t shirt
