People of Marquette | The Anatomy of Big Bay, Meet Sue & Mark Bevins

Just 25 miles North of Marquette City, tucked away at the foothills of the Huron Mountains, you'll find the town of Big Bay. With a population of just over 500 people, at the epicenter, is the Thunder Bay Inn. This historical hotel and restaurant, made famous in 1959 as a major filming location for the hit movie Anatomy of a Murder, hold's the many artifacts and memories of the area's past which the new owners are eager to bring with them into the future.
We sat down with the most recent keepers of this historical landmark to chat with them about life in Big Bay, their plans for restoration, and the love they feel for this tight-knit community.

I meet Mark while dining at the Inn and he makes you feel very welcomed. Great atmosphere and delicious food. I'd love to stay there some day.
