Tell him "i cant do it im not happy anymore" then youll see what he really wants. I can end up really bad as well as it can be great to rebuild the relationship. But has to be done right?. And i understand that i can be hard with the anxiety. Change seems always bad. But its not. Take deep breath relaxe and just one step at a time. You'll get there.
