I wanted to use this song for them but I didn't have time to do it justice as the final episode aired so I just kept working on it for the past couple of weeks and talking to my friend Lizzy about it. Our whatsapp conversation turned into a game of "who can find the most painful parallel" and while it was fun, it also HURT. Even though Liz is not a vidder I think it is safe to say this is as close to a collab as we'll ever get. I may have put the scenes with the music and edited the whole thing, but she came up with half the content.
Lizzzzzzz, I love you lots and I enjoy our suffering as always. I wish I could say I expect we're gonna move on soon but we both know that's a lie and that these two will haunt us as much as Seth/Kate do.

I know! It was a shocking ending. I have to believe that in season 2 they will end up together. Here in Australia we've only had the first episode on foxtel... but I have managed to watch most of it through snippets. I have two predictions 1. That he will tell her he loves her(I don't think he has actually said the words?) and 2. Her sister will be in the storyline & will end up with Stringer. Fingers crossed for a better ending next time!!😊💕

Can’t stop watching this amazing chemistry between these two characters. So wish for another series. They could do so much more. It was an unfinished novel. I bet Jane Austen would have bought these two people who totally love eachother back together. I hope the actors are willing to do another series. So do millions of others I am sure. 🔥🔥💕
It seems our HEA could become a reality. I need to see Sidney and Charlotte in each other's arms again. Please let there be another dance scene. The filming of the last one conveyed the chemistry between the two characters beautifully. Bring on season 2.

I wish I could take a screenshot, but if you go onto the Wikipedia and look under sanditon tv series you will see Original release 25 August - 13 October 2019, which means it’s finished, generally it would have till present. Then it would mean there would be a second season.
Why invest so much money in such a beautiful love story and end after one season.

I realise this show was based on an unfinished book by Jane Austen but I mean come on, couldn't the writers come up with anything more to continue the story? Why end this show on a such a depressing tone.

Based on Jane Austen's fragment, follows Charlotte Heywood, a country girl, as she navigates society in an up and coming seaside town. Follows several characters, but mostly Charlotte. Sidney is the brother of the couple she is traveling with. He's jaded because of disappointed love many years ago.
The people who finished this novel were, sorry to say, totally unworthy of the job. They did not understand Jane Austen at all. They have betrayed her. They should never have been given permission to to finish her novel. I challenge them to correct this by another season where we will see an ending as Jane Austen would have written it. Shame on those who finished Jane’s novel, and did her a great disservice .
