1 cup flour for bread (125 grams)
1/2 tsp yeast
17 grams of sugar
Liquid ingredients: 1 egg and milk weighing = 70-75 grams
15 grams butter and 1/4 tsp salt.
(You can add 8 grams of powdered milk to add aroma and taste)
