I've long enjoyed George L.Cobb's ragtime riff on Rachmaninoff's familiar Prelude in C-sharp Minor. Eventually, I decided it would be a fun piece to adapt to the organ. It's the T321Q-SP (Quantum). It actually contains four different organs to choose from, though I usually use the Morton suite. Good luck finding the right Allen for you.
