- For a while I have been wondering who this character is at the end of lego Dimensions, even before I made a CZcams Channel. But, recently I think I may have found the answer...

what if lord vortech is trapped inside a time loop : when he is defeated, his past version discovers the brick and use time travel to go back in the past by the portal we see at the beginning of the story
he just said that that is not vortech because he took that same brick out of him and hes still vortech

Did anyone think it could be a new character, representing Lego. Think about it. The Lego logo is red. Lego made the game. And Lego should put its own characters in. So how about a guy who is literally called Lego
Oh!!! I've never thought of that. That's actually a really cool idea!!!
And he would be like "the ancient one", the one that created all dimensions. And by collecting all Foundation Elements, you achieve the same powers as him. When he created the Dimensions, the Foundation Elements were created. He knew that if it fell into the wrong hands the whole multiverse was doomed. So he hid all of them in every single Dimension.

Honestly tho seeing as most toys to life games have shut down now, I couldn’t see a Lego dimensions sequel happening. That model of making games seems just too risky and or difficult to make money with.
I think it's a new character, listen to the sound effects it makes when he picks up and gets possessed by the piece. It sounds like the person who voiced Lord Vortech before he ended up getting the echo feel in his voice and then suddenly has Vortech's evil Echoey laugh. I think this character was someone with the name Vortech in his name before becoming quote Lord Vortech.
The script just said called him "random minifigure." Even the writer confirmed he's nobody specific, just somebody used to set up a Year 3 before it was canceled.
Cool finding. It may very well be a random minifigure.

Ok first: they changed the guardians of the galaxy because the first one was from the comic and the new lego marvel game is based on the MCU
second: it can’t be access because he hasnt appeard on any Lego marvel games and hes wearing a red glove
Third (for people who think its star lord) it can’t be him because he’s jacket/sleve has a darker red
Though, it is true Access has not been in any Marvel games I can argue against the glove theory. Something that was in the script that I forgot to mention was that, if you look in the picture of Access, the gloves he is wearing get cut off at the fingers. The another minifigure who has similar kind of gloves is the Invincible Iron Man. If you look at at picture of his comic counterpart, he basically has red gloves with cut off at the fingers of the armor. Note how the fingers are gold. Now when you look at the Invincible Iron Man minifigure, you'll see that his hands are gold like his fingers. So when Lego is working with characters with gloves that are cut off at the fingers, they use the color of the fingers instead of the glove.

Umm maybe it’s Max?? The LEGO comic book character?? He is literally a main character for LEGO that travels through dimensions.
Also he has a red jacket and he could also change his skin too. Don’t go and hate on me though because this is just my theory so like it review it or do what ever to it just remember me when you think about it.
This is a cool theory! Although, Max does change clothes in the more recent iterations, I have never seen him change his skin tone. Other than that, though, there is a lot behind this theory. And, though I doubt that it is Max because they would have chosen a more recognizable "Max" design, this would be awesome to see in the next game!

I think the character represents the player.
1. After the games story, most players would go around the dimensions (the hub worlds) and lord vortex travels through dimensions. After the arm is transformed, you can hear Lord vortex's laugh when they look up. I think this is the creator's of the game saying that all players are like Lord vortex because they can travel to all the dimensions just like Lord vortex. But because the person who turns into Lord vortex doesn't have the staff so instead they use the characters.
2. The game only shows the persons arm, because different players have different genders
Edit: Darn it I just read a comment with the same theory as mine with a replay from jaysawn and DP Channel (the creator)

It cannot be this "access" guy, since Disney owns the rights to Marvel and Disney doesn't allow any of their franchises into Lego dimensions.
My best guess is that the developers don't even know who this person is. There will never be any expansion to the main lego dimensions storyline, so we'll probably never know unless one of the developers knows.

Theory: The first lego minifigure
lt could be the person who built the portal in the first trailers custom lego minifigure brought into Lego dimensions. Maybes he saw a blank character base after the thing with the starter pack he made his one Lego minifigure and brought it into the game and he began to play the game with his custom character and went to the piece of vortech and then the character started to move by itself and became evil.

I think the guy in the post credit scene is Nicky Roth from Hello Neighbor. Because the guy and Nicky are both wearing red so the guy could be Nicky but the thing is. Lego Dimensions came before Hello Neighbor and Hello Neighbor was created by Dynamic Pixels and published by tinyBuild and I don't know what else from this point so that's my theory.
