    I’ve done healing , affirmations ( which I’m grateful for since they were part of the journey …) to come and find this , I felt it in my whole being ….calmness , stillness.
    I was reading everything comes in Divine timing , I feel this is for me , thank you ❤️🙏🏼

    Hi Kriston! Any advice on when the old self feels like a ball of pain in the chest and so I cannot feel the awareness like you proposed? Sometimes I am able to do this and it is wonderful, but when I am in deep trigger I can’t seem to find the inner movement to gain some detachment and stop “being” this pain. Perhaps I need to hold this energy a little longer. I also noticed, since I do this exercises many times a day (because old self comes up a lot), that I am a little fearful this is what I am manifesting my life to be now. This new series of videos is amazing. Thank you.

      I have felt like this too, but what brough me peace with Kriston is the fact that we dont have to panic with our old self, we dont need to change it, we just embrace it and gradually step into the new identification, the LOA community has created this fear about our own thoughts and to be in a toxic positivy, Im done with that, I desided Im not longer manifesting anything Im gonna stick with this. Its just practice

    Contradictio in adjecto // BS in layman's terms
    I realize how rude I am coming across right now but I distinctly remember you
    *saying how we should no longer entertain the **_old self_** , no healing, no shadow work, no inner child no nothing .... that we should ignore it, drop it, not exacerbate and magnify old concepts rhat will reflect in our reality* etc etc etc
    So why would we journal about the _old self_ in Step 1?

      So you can be aware of what it is, because sometimes we are so entangled in the old self that it escapes our conscious awareness. You can’t shift out of something when you don’t know what it is.

      I distinctly remember (it's in your video from a week ago) you said we should drop _old self_ without dealing with it *at all* . And you proposed we do that purely by thinking about what we: want, like, aspire to, desire, strive towards etc.
      Now you are saying the complete opposite.
      You said that even acknowledging the old self would perpetuate the old reflection and that we don't need to know it, understand it, pay attention to it, heal old self...... nothing.....
      I know I am right, but you would *never* admit losing an argument.....
      And I don't care tbh bc that does not make me less right (which in this case I am (right, that is)).

      @@mv848you’re right and I agree with you. Be something wonderful channel here on CZcams. Tom kearin is legit the only person that teaches it correctly in my opinion. Also when she used tarot cards that told me that is not the law of being

      @@mv848 Here's how to "drop" the old self. Firstly become aware of it ("what does it feel like? what is present within me? how does this make me want to act? etc") then come back to your true nature as Awareness (by observing the old self that is currently activated) and then redirect your attention to what it is you desire and move from there. This is an alternative to believing you are the old self and trying to heal, fix, or improve it for anyone who is interested in another approach. Hope that helps.

      ​​​@@mv848 Hi!! I'm not Kriston, i'm her follower and i have been learning from her for a while now, so, i thought about responding! I get where u are coming from, but she never said you should ignore the old self or not acknowledge it, that was your interpretation from it (I checked the video again).
      And acknowledging it, paying attention to it, is not a problem, because we are doing so from the awareness that we are not it, when we come from the perspective of being it, which is different, this will feel like we are trying to heal it or whatever, but we are not doing so here. And being honest, i think the reason you seem a little triggered is because you don't like to feel like there is something you need to heal, we all love the idea that there's nothing to heal and it is true! but this doesn't mean that we need to bypass our feelings just because we don't need to heal to manifest our desires.. You can acknowledge that you feel like the old self, allow yourself to feel it and at the same time know that you are not it.
      Completely ignoring the old self and how it makes u feel is actually still seeing it as a problem, just in a different way, when you know it is not a problem and it is not who you are, you can just allow it to be there, no need to heal it, no need to ignore it either, you just drop it, exactly the way she is teaching here :) So she is not contradicting herself.
