OMG that Sezane model! I have been fooled by her as well. She makes everything look so chic and gorgeous, even if something isn’t my vibe I’ll be like “well maybe….” and then I order it, try it on and nah.
Sezane can be too girlish for my style, too, I prefer their more tailored items. For one thing, I’m older, so I want more sophisticated styles. I also don’t like any asymmetry in my clothes as in the Chlo shirt, and it’s too frilly. I’m totally over tiered skirts, puffed shoulders/wrists, ruffles, prairie dresses, etc., as came back last year, I wore those when I was 12.
I actually loved how the knitted skirt looked on you! But I totally get that sometimes hard to describe ‘it’s just not for me’ feeling. Awesome video, great to see you back!
I actually really love the Naelle skirt on you! I’m an inch shorter than you and it’s definitely more of a maxi fit for us rather than a midi like on the model. I wear skirts for work so that one w/the matching sweater will be on my list to buy 😊

I find Sezane difficult to resist, I love the quality, for one thing. I love the Naelle skirt and am only two inches taller than you, but there is also a mini version you might prefer under a different style name. I style mine with heeled boots and the matching Sami jumper. One thing that doesn’t work for me at Sezane is the really low-cut tops, dresses, sweaters, etc., I’m very short-waisted and they reveal everything.
The Palma top is actually meant to be adjusted (but manually). You should be able to unstitch the straps on the bak and sow them back. That's why there's extra strap hanging off the bottom of where it meets the shirt. It's not adjustable "on the fly" but more of a permanent adjustment.
Loved this. Really liked your pairing of the Sezane sweater and tank. Also think you are right regarding the Chlo shirt - too feminine I think .... I appreciate your style choices and the way you put together outfits - great inspo!! (Yes that model is dangerous for the wallet!)
