I believe those new recruits going for their training are those of 2021 batch and maybe some protocol list. Because still I see some going for their medicals at 37 Military Hospital. I learnt there are backlogs and because of that forms didn't out last year and maybe this year. Hmm Some of us are patiently waiting.

Qualification for Infantry is SHS. IT depends on what cert you will be applying with

To the best of my little knowledge, a tradesman is a military personnel with a profession for instance someone applying to join the army with a skill in photography so after a successful pass out, Directorate of Public Relations (DPR) is where your skill will be needed as a photographer of your unit for any event etc. (I stand to be corrected)
