Is Laserpecker 3 working the same way ? What would be the settings ?
I have tried all day different markers, spray paints with different settings for no results at all.

You have to make videos teaching how to update because whenever there is an update the machine has a weak laser. they need to translate the app into Portuguese too.

Thanks for the video. I have some questions.
1 - I paint them with tempera to be able to remove them easily and the engravings look rough to me, is that correct?
2 - With the new firmware, the laser stays with the fans running at high speed all the time, like when the preview is done, but all the time, is this normal or is it a device failure?
3 - On many occasions the glasses of the glasses break and I do not understand the reason. I have already tried with 1k 100 20 1 pass and 2k 100 8 1 pass and it is random. How can I solve it
4 - I notice that when I set the focus to 150 mm it records but in general the glasses are not perfect and are a little oval. This causes you to lose focus and the gabados usually don't turn out very well when this happens, especially in repetitive jobs of 30 or 50 glasses, which are not all the same. It cannot be adjusted in any way so that the focus is not so sensitive that it only records well if it is at just 150 mm, and at 151 it fails.
    Thank you

I will answer your question one by one: 1.Rough Engravings with Painted Surface: Engraving over tempera paint can sometimes result in rough engravings due to the texture and thickness of the paint. Try sanding the surface lightly before engraving to achieve smoother results. You can also purchase a spray gun to spray the paint on the surface.
2.It's normal for the laser to keep the fans running at high speed after firmware updates. This helps maintain optimal operating temperatures and prolong the lifespan of the machine.
      3. Glass breakage can occur due to various factors such as excessive heat or pressure during engraving. Ensure your settings are appropriate for glass engraving, and consider using a lower power setting to reduce the risk of breakage. Also, ensure the glasses are of good quality and not prone to defects.
4.If you're experiencing focus issues and oval-shaped engravings, it could be due to inconsistent material thickness or the machine's calibration. Try adjusting the focus manually and ensuring the glasses are positioned uniformly. Additionally, check for any mechanical issues with the machine that could affect focus consistency.

@@LaserPecker thanks for answering. From what I understand there is no tempera spray or to apply with a blowtorch. And I have not found any other paint that is easily removed with water.

@@user-zp7zc1xj1f Hello, it is also advisable to put the tempera paint in the spray gun to make it easy to spray on the glass, several of the user have also tried the batch engraving with this method. For the second point, a paint remover is a good idea to remove the paint within seconds. Come to the live stream next time on May 9 and we will show for you.
