This is the 2nd video of extreme makeover I recently viewed w/o part 2 available…It is SO effective (for whatever you’re trying to accomplish?) to create something so aggravating I’m DONE viewing… I can’t imagine that’s what you were grabbing for but that’s my reaction…

I know it wasn't Momi's idea to build herself a whacking big house on the land acquired for the charity but I think this is a big problem. If they received a state grant to buy that land for Koka, it needs to be used for the purpose the money was given for. You cannot just build a private home on it. It is also odd that the parents got married a year earlier but live in her broken down home. Didn't he have a home in better condition?
Don’t know why you have a problem with Momi getting married. Husband could have been renting a 1 bdrm apt. She was a single mother when she submitted her application. The episode was 15yrs ago. This clip was posted 8 mos ago. Production knows she not single. The title is to peak your interest. To hook you in.
They built Koka (nonprofit)on the property. The show production team review thousands of videos, producers choose family for the next season. It’s possible to not air months later. Vet the family members. Try and get donations in exchange of promotions. Designer, building codes, Attorney, Blue prints, financial info. They have a list of what needs to be done before production can start.🙃
its not i am pretty sure they likely couldn't work with the old house as goverment likely denied it, and approve this before you making homes they goverment has to approve of it

Why so negative. Even if they are making this lot of money. They are sharing it with other people. Would you be willing to do what they are doing. Greetings from Suriname
