- Tony Greene has been a highly respected college basketball referee for over 30 years. He's officiated in all the major conferences like the ACC, SEC, and Big East. Tony has also officiated in numerous NCAA Final 4s.
In 2007 at a game between LSU and Alabama in Tuscaloosa, we put a wireless mic on Tony and captured some great natural sounds of officiating a college basketball game. If you're a basketball fan, you'll love the sounds of the game. - Sport

I wouldn't let Tony Greene babysit my goldfish let alone officiate a basketball game. He's also the biggest "Kentucky Hater" among all officials in the SEC. I officiated in the Big Ten, Big East, and Big Twelve for 23 seasons and I never worked the same team more than three times in a season in my entire career. Tony has worked as many as 9 Kentucky games in a single season, with Kentucky being 2-7 in those games. He's a joke, and since his ego is too big to retie, the NCAA should "run him out of the game". Shame on you Tony......get out.....
These guys are horrible! They have ruined a game that we love. I'm watching a game right now and they literally will not let the players run the court without a whistle!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
