Title: Drive, Chase Your Dreams

i've never heard of throat singing before!! it's amazing
suzon heron It really is. Both Tibetan and Mongolian throat singing is very beauty and emotionally powerful to watch. There are groups of men tgat used to come to the town I'm from in Yorkshire, England to sing in the street and sell CDs. We had several in the car which we'd listen to and try to figure out how to sing ourselves, it's really hard to make those sounds!
suzon heron on the sitcom The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon practiced the Throat singing..imagine that partial education from mindless tv!
was so cool :-)
Actually it was bad haha you better search for more btw no offense im Mongolian
Having tour guide is surely a smart move
Yogi's English is really good! Did you ask him where he learned English?
Enjoying your video of Mongolia very much!
Lynn Rogers in Mongolia many young people can speak in English like him. Most of them learned in Mongolia
Ganchimeg Naidan Yes both Bhutan and Mongolia place a lot of emphasis on education and learning English is one of the best ways of increasing their ability to earn a good wage as an adult for the family.
MsCherade9. Is English taught as a required subject for all students beginning in elementary school? In high school?
Or do students/adults take private English lessons?
One more question: what is the official language of Mongolia? Can everyone speak Russian?
Lynn Rogers English is taught as a required language starting from elementary school in Mongolia. It became like that since 2005 ish.
Official language of Mongolia is Mongolia. That said, Russian schools are pretty common in Mongolia so some people know Russian well.
Source: am Mongolian
Bryan U Thank you. Its great that kids are taught English in elementary schools. I was really impressed with Yogi's English.
My boyfriends sister is a bank manager in Australia, apparently they have ATM/banking vans there for rural communities and after natural disasters disrupt services. Their vans also have a counter with staff to do other banking services. They visit rural areas on a regular, usually weekly basis to provide services to people on remote farm stations etc.
That's cool!
Statements abouts monks.. 100% agree.. Monks should be monks.. on blissful paths..
Kavindu Shavindra depends on the Buddhist schools. For theradava Buddhists yes but a goal of a mahayana Buddhism is to generate compassion and help people but not focus on self liberation.
Bryan U That is so wrong.. According to Lord Buddha's words.. Must held a Dhamma Sangayana and should suspend forever.. That the way to protect purity of the buddhism..
Bryan U You're supposed to let go of everything. Family, technology, money, culture, and even your identity. You're supposed to be a vegetarian because those animals are killed in order to consume. You still have to live by the principals given by Buddha. It just means you're still attached to the Earth.
Yogi was great. I am glad you got a tour guide.
Get in the van we've got an ATM
Yogi seems like such a sweet guy, & he's cute :)
Michelle V ya some typical guy in mongol

Gotta take a moment and put all foods aside and appreciate how good looking the tour guide was.👌🏻😂
Yogi is a cutie! 😍😍
I just learned about this beautiful Country from your Channel, Mike. And i must say, this is a picture of my dream country/home. Looks simple but soo peaceful. Definitely, a place to go!
What a country, looks like an adventure.
I'm from Inner Mongolia. This reminds me everything in my hometown, especially the mogolian milk tea and lamb!
If you are a real Mongolian then what is your actual Mongolian name?
@@b.boldnasan9592 Many manchu people living in inner mongolia
So please dont be rude
Social yrtonsted biyee zov avch yvaarai gej husie
@@FScaler How was i being rude. I only questioned the legitimacy of her (or he) statement about her nationality by asking her name.
Because there are many chinese who are claiming themselves as Mongolian, even tho they don't have a Mongolian name, or can speak nor know any basic knowledge about Mongolia.
@Zhiyi XU
So good food!
last name with xu?? you being from inner mongolia is your goverments strategy to swallow and wash away mongol blood. youre by product of chinese greed
Yogi is pretty cute~♡
if I go on tour to Mongolia, I want him to be my tour guide. I want to go to all the places you have been!
Jessica Hanson lol he looks like ugliest kid in entire mongolian race
asdasds asdasd sounds like you are jealous
Gorgeous country and lovely people. Yogi was great as your tour guide and pretty cute too. ;-)
Thanks for calling our country gorgeos
Mikey- Thank you for sharing Mongolia... Now that country is on my list of travel. Today I was finally able to get Dim Sum. I'm in San Antonio, TX. I have been watching your post about the Asian food you have a access to either here in US (NYC/SF) or when your traveling in Asia. So I had Siu mai, pork ribs, and Bao both pork and chicken. Now I want to travel to Asia and eat the food you have shown all us... Thank you again...
My last year seeing my dad, we went and did all of those things... Went and saw those eagles and rode the camel, went to the Chinggis Khan statue and it was an amazing day... But the following year he passed away.. That trip was one of the best ones i've had with my dad.. Thank you for bringing such great memories Mikey! I hope you enjoyed your stay in Mongolia!
8:38 dinosaurs in mongolia!!!

Hi all from Kyrgyzstan! Мы любим Чингиз хана))
I'm glad you had a good day in Mongolia, Mike. Thanks for bringing us along. It seems, as others suggested, things are more interesting outside of town.
I really enjoy your vlogs. You go to places that I may never go to so I'm grateful. Blessings to you during your travels.
I'm Halfway through the video. I have to say I really appreciate how much you show the land the whole area. Great video. Thank you for making it.
Thanks :-)
Yogi AWSOME NAME!!!
Great to see the tourist sites of Mongolia and also see you eat Mongolian food. Things I'd never seen or tasted. Plus, you rode on an oxcart! Thrilling and different experiences! Great video!

What an awesome experience! And how perfect was your tour guide? Yogi ROCKS! Beautiful video! Thank you for taking us to Mongolia with you!
I'm from Mongolia, and man this vlog made me miss home so much. All the places and foods are so familiar to me, even your hotel is close to my home. However, i would recommend you travel to the countryside, to the wilderness. That's where the real beautiful nature and culture is! P.S Oogii was an amazing tour guide
Thank you Mikey! a very nice tour.
So glad you went to Mongolia. This trip looks awesome!
Thank you for taking us along with you, Mike! Mongolia is beautiful and fascinating! I don't think I knew much, if anything, about Mongolia before. Well, maybe I've heard of that fellow with the huge, gorgeous statue!
I heard about the monk thing too it's sad to see. Thank you for sharing that part I didn't really understand it until you showed this on your video
That's a huge Ghenis Khan... Thanks for the tour. Never imagined Mangolia is like this.
Hafa Adai its mongolia not mangolia
This was an awesome video! You did so many wonderful and interesting things. Mongolia is surprising me. I really like what I'm seeing. :)
Your tours are really interesting to watch, makes me want to go visit there one day! I'm setting goals right now to visit 1-2 country each year, lets make it happen! Thanks Mike for the inspirations and foodies!!!
Great video, Mikey! I love how you show the beauty and hospitality of Mongolia! 🇲🇳 Plus, I really like Yogi. He's really sweet and helpful, which is a characteristic of Mongolians. 😊
I really enjoyed this vlog!! I mean I like all your stuff, mostly, but I had fun with this. Especially that home cooked meal and stone soup! I want to visit!
That guy seemed really cool!
As a licensed falconer, this makes me so happy! Eagles are amazing, sociable creatures capable of so much.
Pretty cool tour!
i love it when mikey capitalizes everything in the title like emphasizing EAGLE
your tour guide is very talented
Wow, watching makes me feel like I am there and sharing the road with the goats.
Wow absolutely beautiful. You're so blessed ☺☺
Wow, what a beautiful country. I would love to visit for sure. Great trip vid Mike. :)

As mongolian citizen who live long from my country, I really enjoy your videos! Long time since I have been there! The video is super entertaining and your commentates makes it more interesting.
That cow is the cutest animal ever...wish it was free
Ayyyy my home country!! And The fried dumplings r sooo good each family’s recipe is different. I’ve been to half the places u were at it’s fantastic
This video made my day! Thanks mikey 😄
I once spent 3 week in that nation helping with rural medical clinics. These videos are being back some interesting memories. FYI avoid the marment cooked with a blow tourch.
My husband used to drives '92 Toyota Corolla to work at a construction site every day. He was amazed the places he could drive that thing. It definitely got used and abused but it was a good car. Lol.
Most importantly, they are so fuel efficient which is the feature that attracts mongolian drivers the most.
WHY DO I LOVE THIS CHANNEL THIS MUCH!
held a eagle mike is savage
I enjoy watching this channel, keep it up Mikey :)
Yogi’s such a nice guide, I would def hire him.
Loved the video mikey!!
You jad a great adventure Mike...
Love how Mongolians take such pride in their history.
Meawhile in the west...
how do you take pride in enslaving fellow humans?
A missed moment: when you sat in that recreation of Chinggis Khan's Yurt you should have asked, "What is best in life?"
Al F. Lamentations!! 😉
Al F. To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you and to hear the lamentation of their women!
Hot water, good dentishtry and shoft lavatory paper.
Thank you Mike. What a amazing amazing video. Wait for me Mongolia.🇲🇳🇲🇳🇲🇳
I just subscribed! I love your videos because you travel to places I could never dream of...Keep them coming my friend!

I love good lamb and I'm counting on you that I will find it... L.A Rob
intsccents Both Bhutan and Mongolia are utterly beautiful places to visit out of the big towns. Stunning countries.
it was gorgeous
MsCherade9 isn't it illegal to visit Bhutan?
Pretty much every places I've had come when I was in UlaanBaatar, the temple, the statue and also the bird nest near highway
Mongolia seems really cool. I watched a video series from "The Traveling Wop" and loved them. I'm glad you're doing your own too. Someday I'll go there and put it on my channel as well.
Mikey...awesome video. Great that you got a home cooked meal..I see you got hands on the lamb😊😊😊
always looking forward to the lamb
Mikey and his hot oils lol that Eagle 🦅 was so EPIC 😊😊😊💯🙏🏽
i like this a lot. visiting Mongolia as an American and finding reception in "normal cafe's" is encouraging. What we want to know, more than the young guy Fixer stuff, are the stories of this region of Mongolia, who has lived there over the years and how have they impacted the culture of this town. When you take a tour you like it when teh tour guide relates history as a narrative around town, "Here is the secret which inspires our imagination about this street corner."
good visit. v interest in traditional Mongolia fermentation due to Tundra climate.
What comes after the Khan statue, /query.
Yogi 😍😍
I've never been this early before! Great video and that tour guide was very handsome :D
do i just see dinosaur at 8:37???
Darkmoon zm 😲👀👀
Darkmoon zm I see fucking dinosaurs 2 wtf is going on
yeah, they just live there
Casual dinasours
Mongolia have lots of dinosaur fossils. that is, complex dinosaur statues
It looks like an interesting place to visit
Food LOL those stairs look like fun :) I've been incorporating stairs in my daily exercise haha 😂 (not really fun but it's a nice workout)
Very, very interesting; thanks.
Hi Mike. Love your videos.
Looked like a good day, eagles were awesome...
this is awsome!!
1:50 "become a cultivator" makes me think of Chinese fantasy novels that've been becoming popular in some online communities.
"that's beauti- that's delicious."
Lol
hi you should try the goat cooked in it's own skin with hot stone on the mangolian way and share with us!
Mongolia is sooo clean. I wanna go visit!
demure girl no im a mongolian and some part ulaanbaatar is comparable to trash bin
Gosh! When I visited I stoped by the same guy with the birds o.O Sad that we missed each other though!
It doesn't surprise me that the woman cooked such good food. My brother has been around the world and says every country is better at cooking than in the USA.
Ok, that ATM is just begging to be stolen
ATM no problem in Mongolia. Don't worry. That was Mongolian one of best bank, Khan bank
This is Mongolia, not the US. I know some of human history's fiercest and most feared people came from there, but that was in the past...
I've always been wondering where this tradition of feeding your guests with boiled meat, potatoes and carrots comes from in my culture. I guess it comes from our common past with Mongolians. 😁
