    In this problem, we are asked to find the Darcy-Weisbach friction factor for a given pipe. The first thing to do is use the reference manual to find the Darcy-Weisbach equation. Then, we can perform the following steps:
    Step 1: Write out the Darcy-Weisbach equation and fill in our known terms. We will be missing V and f.
    Step 2: Using Q=V*A, we can find V.
    Step 3: We can calculate f.
