- I have bought this product on 3rd June and was delivered after a week. After first use there was fungal outgrowth on the top of the face mask even though the product was packed well and kept in cool dry place. Registered a complain to mamaearth and yet to hear from them.
Regret Buying Mamaearth Ubtan Face Mask .
Even I saw fungus on the product when i opened it for second time ... though i used this product by taking required amount separately for hygiene purpose... but to my surprise, there was fungus inside... really disappointed😣... also it this face mask gives burning sensation to my face... am not gonna use this product again...

It reacted with your skin when u used it once as u have acne on ur skin. Should have took some amount separately in a bowl for usage as that's hygenine

Maybe batch hi aisa bana n jinhone us bach k products purchase kiye unko ye problem dikha. Bt this leads to a bad impression. oooo didi firstly ...u r using ur finger directly in the prodect ...and the upper surfare of that product....was not there...that means u just closed it without that.....so obviously...there wll b fungus ...first...learn ...how to kepp the product. and than say ...about...it ....

I don't know about your experience but my experience was good enough with mamaearth ubtan face scrub , I am still using it , it makes my skin smoother it removes the tanning and some sort of black and white heads as well.
Maybe, I couldn't use it. It was ruined within a week of purchase.
@@itspiusworld1271 u have acne problem your skin is very much irritated may be that's why it's reacted u u should have gone with tea tree range n also mamaearth now have there own app at that time u must have purchased from a link and there are many fake copies of mamaearth u should purchase from nykaa it's expensive there but product is worth it quality wise n if something like this happens u can return it also
