- Clunky, Bulky, Heavy... none of these words describe the diminutive Agfa Microflex. It's so compact I bought one by accident. After watching this you'll be looking up auctions for one for yourself.

I love your videos I am 46 I remember some of these cameras I always wanted a Super 8 camera
Still watch your classic tutorials, they were gold
great content, i look out for your videos all the time, keep up the great work man!
Scored one of these in mint condition at a farmers market for £15 in Northern Ireland! This video helped me understand so much, thank you!
Just got one of those Agfa little cameras had an idea to put it on a DLSR gimble with remote to take the shake out the camera to copy pro 35mm cameras love that Video of putting the camera in food clear food bags for underwater shots and backwinding using the reloadable cartridge
So I recently came across one of this with the little difference that it is a Minolta. I mean, the exact same camera but rebranded. I just wanted to mention this because i couldn’t find information about the minolta one anywhere! So crashing into this video has been very useful to me. By the way, the model it’s called “Minolta Z-8 Pocket”
The tripod mount also was where the lanyard that came with it screwed in. Kinda odd cause you’d think you’d want the lanyard if you’re filming outside 🧐
I hope you know it but you need a mercury button cell with 1,35v for this camera! Any other type of battery will give wrong results! But mercury cells are not in production anymore. But the later Models of the 200 as well as all 300's don't need a button cell. Their lightmeter takes its power from the two AA batteries.
Lovely
i must have one.
Bruno Ganz was vlogging before it was cool
Why is the footage running in semi fast motion? It looks like it was shot at 12 fps instead of 18 fps.
For the Super8 film that you showed in the video, did you set the zoom to 30 to 9 millimeters? Did you shoot the video on a single focus setting, the one shown in the video on YT ? Is it better to record on the A (Automatic Metering) setting or on the "+" setting?
I'd like some review of budget anamorphic lens; usable for super 8 or 8mm cameras.
Mine doesn’t have the battery space for the light meter.
fucking great content
How many minutes of film time do you get on a single reel?
Which camera is the one you see at the beginning of the video?
what kind ofremote cable is that? where did you purchase it?
Hey there thanks for the tutorial. I own an agfa microflex but I read it works properly only on kodachrome 40 asa. Is it true? May I know what film have you used for the black and white and color videos? Many thanks in advance!
