Ahh OMG this helped me get through to a very traumatic event. Here's what it made me feel, it made me feel that I am gonna get punished for my gifts and that my gifts bring in trauma. I now Know that my gifts bring in blessings. This is what I needed to learn in order to let it flow!

You got me, I am so disappointed , I worked so hard for something. I felt proud and so grateful but it didn’t happen. I’m a feeling like a child, I tried so hard to be good to make mother love me but she couldn’t. I have taken the if I try harder, if I be good enough, it will be ok, into my grown adult life. When things go wrong I feel it’s my fault. No matter how hard I try it’s falling apart. I’m scared just like when I was 8 . I’m 50 I want to be secure, I’m so tired of trying but never good enough. Sorry I can’t talk about to my family, they would feel sad. But I got it out.

Hey @lune I was wondering if you could one day talk about how to find a reiki practioner (that's right for you.)
I feel so spoiled with your content. It is so genuine and the way you approach psychological reflection is imperative for me. It has helped me understand that there are indeed so many ways reiki can be practiced, however, has also given me preferences. I have just seen so many videos of approaches where it just doesn't resonate with me emotionally. I also know that the world of healers also has people just doing it for money. Additionally concerning money, I cant afford to just continually try a bunch, so any advice about how to approach finding someone who's style you like and with whom you feel well with would be very appreciated.
