These cast members that have the issues are creative, and I'm sure if they combined their efforts they can launch a successful show. I'm sure their fans will follow. They should talk with Ressie one on one to squash things, because stewing in their "issue" with others sharing similar detestation towards Ressie, isn't doing anything for them.
