El Cotillo, Fuerteventura

El Cotillo is a fast-growing coastal town in Northern Fuerteventura that has become very popular with tourists in recent years. As recently as 15 years ago, it could still be described as a 'surf town' with only a few rooms available to visitors. However, in recent years, a large number of tourist apartments and hotels have been built, along with the addition of a dizzying quantity of restaurants.
