I saw some stores on Etsy selling them as DIY kits to assemble, and also you can find the assembled ones. I’m thinking of starting an Etsy store as well
For the torso part, hold the bottom piece from the sides and grab the top(with 13) also from the sides where the arms ball joints, and gently pull, same with the arm, just don’t apply too much force
