    I got it for $10 couple weeks ago, and it`s actually really great and enjoyable to work with. I have a big desoldering station too, but it`s such a hassle to run and clean it just for a quick desoldering of a few pins, this one`s perfect.

    It's the best affordable desoldering tool I have ever used,I never wanna return to traditional desoldering Pump that's keep on breaking, it's already been costing me thousands of Philippine Pesos to keep buying Cheap Desolder Pump.
    I'm glad someone innovate the 2 existing invention and combine it in to one,Next I will buy is the Desoldering Station, it's expensive buy I wanna have one

      If you add new solder on, it helps the old solder melt as well. I used low heat solder on top of the solder in the PS5 controller to remove the analog joystick.

    It's really the and cheapest way to remove Electronic Components except SMD.The innovation is simple the 2 existing invention combine in to 1. To tell you the truth I'm a Soccer for it,I bought not 1 not 2 but 3 of them the same brand, Because there some other reviews just like this saying that the Tool is perfect at a low cost.
    The cost of 3 tool is ₱861 Philippine that's US $15.26.it's lower the cost here because we're near China,As I know in the US is more price up because of shipping cost.
    I bought 3 because I don't wanna buy the annoying continues purchase of classic Solder Soccer Pump that's keeps on Breaking and interrupting your Work.And when you broke 1?And you have money?You can't fix anymore,How prostrating.it's a good thing someone invented this,But a Chinese?What happen to Scientist of America?.Any how since it's 3 pieces of tool I won't be able to buy Desoldering Station yet,Is so expensive.

      You've clearly never used a desoldering pump. It's spring loaded and sucks up the solder in a fraction of a second.

    • @williambeecher7908
      @williambeecher7908 Před 9 měsíci

      @@rolen47 that was part sarcasm. I'm still new to soldering. I have the same model as this and couldn't get all the solder removed like the video shows. Got any tips?

    • @simplymaker
      @simplymaker  Před 9 měsíci

      Make sure your desoldering tool is warmed up enough before using it by letting it heat up for at least 3 minutes.
      When using the tool on the solder point, you should notice the solder iron around the tip melting. Keep the tool at a 90-degree angle with the flat side of the tip against the PCB before pressing the spring button.
      If needed, you can also try using soldering flux, but in my case, it's not necessary. I hope this helps!
