Actual legit good advice in here! I have pink hair and wear bold colors all the time and people tell me "I can't pull that off". There's no such thing! When you first start doing something, it does look weird for a minute because we're not used to change, but if you give it a little bit of time, you can objectively decide whether you like it or not. When I first dyed my hair pink I had such regret, but now it's weird to me when I have brown hair!
You want to wear big bright glittery eye shadow?! Do it! Such good advice. Praise to these sages.
