Like I sing dohori with enthusiasm, I can sing bihu in the month of Baisakh.
In this golden soil of golden Assam, I weave golden dreams.
When I look at myself in the water of the spring, I don't know why I blush.
This tender heart is flying from Sadiya, Dhuburi to Majuli.
