TruFuel has been in my Generator & Backpack Blower for 7 months and started yesterday with no issues

I store my Honda EU2200's with fuel tanks of VP fuel. I run them for 30 minutes every 6 months (eco throttle off), then drain the carbs and put them away. I'm sure draining the carbs is not necessary, especially with that fuel, however it's so easy, I feel lazy not doing it. My machines will start with no more than two pulls; the key is to turn the switch to "ON" and let it sit in that position for about 45 seconds to a minute before attempting to start it. If you attempt to pull-start it immediately, yes, it wil take about 7-8 pulls, at least that's how mine behave.

That would be ground breaking discovery, I’ll give it a try.

I use non ethanol premium gas with just a bit of fuel stabilizer like Startron and I never have starting problems up to 10 months.

Do you mean that the gas won’t dry out until 10 months?

Hi Vlad, we are getting still more snow here. Does your Honda 2200 vibrate a lot? I had a Honda eu10, same as the eu1000, the bigger Honda vibrates a lot more. Of course it has a bigger engine, maybe it just vibrates more? Br, Eeli

How many hours approximately has been in your most used or oldest Honda generator? I guess they should last several thousand hours?
