- Does Deltona EVEN HAVE “neighborhoods”? Yes, Deltona, Florida is just one GIGANTIC neighborhood as a whole, but what so many DON’T know is that there ARE a few actual neighborhoods here in Deltona. Today, I’ll be reviewing the seven top neighborhoods to live in Deltona, including some new construction, and then I’ll be sharing the neighborhood that I believe is the best neighborhood based on location which I’m betting will surprise you, so be sure to stick around for that one.

I miss the 70’s and 80’s Deltona, before we incorporated. It’s just way too big and populated now. We got double lane roads where there was never any roads growing up.
The population has grown alot since the 70s. Florida is a popular place to live!
When did Deltona become more expensive than Orlando? This is ridiculous even for Florida
Deltona is less expensive than Orlando, but not by as much as it used to be.
Look up who gave our Governor a $30k golf simulator and you will figure it out
Are they any homes in Deltona that don’t require HOA? I’m more interested in no HOA
The majority of homes in Deltona are not in HOA neighborhoods, like Deltona Lakes and Timbercrest. If you'd like some help with your search, please give me a call 352-250-9617.
Almost all of Deltona isn’t involved in any HOA. There’s only a handful of those type subdivisions.

Yes, keep the people in sub divisions and away from my neighborhood.
Some people prefer to live where there isn't a HOA.
