    Thank you for this beautiful recipe. Can you please tell me what brand you have used? I bought black rice but there were more red grains than black. I'm looking for a good brand.

      We don’t have brand.. it’s grown indigenously. So it’s available in market in Manipur. Just ask a Manipuri friend to bring it when he/she come to your place. But in Delhi there r many grocery shop run by Manipuri. It is available there. Good quality is always recommended.. don’t buy adulterated ones.

    Why camphor is use? What difference does it make if not used?

    • @BluebellRecipesBrindaMojgani
      @BluebellRecipesBrindaMojgani  Před 5 lety +1

      adding camphor will inhance the taste of the kheer and will also make it easier to digest the food. If you don't like just don't use it.

    What is the cook time ? I tried it once, the rice was still raw after 4 hours.
