If you're a beginner, I think try focusing on the right hand side and become good at that and then try adding in parts of the left side. It helps to take this stuff slow and break it down into parts
Well i'm a moderate piano guy and I'd say, learn every song one hand at a time it's even more easy for persons who have difficulty with timing, getting both plays perfect before putting them together makes it a lot easier

Tbh I would play right hand first but not for the whole song I would do a chunk start with right hand and then add in the left hand so you won’t struggle on the timings as much.

octaves aren't that hard ._.
they just strain you hands if they're small
it is quite easy to play octaves but it takes a while to get used to

no sorry. but you can try to make it easier by not playing all the notes!
Start off by playing only the green but very slowly, i wrote it down in letter form but you can do it however you like, then when you kind-of knoe the song just enough that you can just sit down and play it without any problems, you can speed up a little and start adding the blue. I hope this helped

Because you're permanently tethering yourself to an inefficient, slow and linear system. Learning to read music takes more time but in the end is much more worth it as you can open any piece of music from the last 500 years
