Of all the people to be stiff with, Shamrock picked Vader. Go stiff against a guy that literally put his eyeball back in his own head in the middle of a match.

@@six6thdisciplemany believe he was having issues adjusting to WWF’s scheduling which is a LOT more busy and hectic then either AJPW, NJPW, or NWA where he did most of his career
He just did not adjust to such a more active schedule since WWF has zero off season or much downtime going from place to place
And he was just unable to properly adjust to how Vince did everything, especially since he got busy early on very quickly with no real time to do said adjusting
But don’t quote me on that, I’ve just read a bunch of things regarding those years mixed with speculation pieces with all the details previous wrestlers put out their of the different places they worked over the years

The P.E. used to have some of the most violent matches in the US in ECW, yet wouldn't do one WWF table spot? Rocco once allowed the Funks to tie his ankles to a rope and dump him over a balcony and leave him dangling Old West style over nothing but concrete...
Imagine who that match would have gone, if PE had done it the right way like the Dudley Boys thereafter.

Not to mention that before The Dudleys (Bubba and D-Von) were even a two man tag team in *ECW*, TPE were doing the tag team "tables gimmick"(carrying one to the ring for ALL their matches) in WCW in '96, and they would oftentimes go through the damn thing themselves...

I had forgotten that the Orton RKO was unplanned. It was pretty badass to see Randy shout "STUPID!" and then use that same line a few times in the short feud.

Brock vs Angle Ironman match. Especially when Brock beat Angle with the chair for an intended DQ in order to try to get ahead in falls due to Angle being wrecked by the chair. Great wrestling psychology there.
That match was fantastic. Easily my top choice for Brock as well.
Not really a favourite Brock match but when he threw the belt at McMahon was a fave moment.

Shamrock HAD done worked matches in Pancrase in Japan and the UWF, and thought Vader (with his rep) would be okay with that style. He just should've told him first...

not only were the APA not punished or even reprimanded for legit beating the public enemy, they actually basically did the same to the Dudley's, except the Dudley's took it better and earned respect.
Shawn Michaels is lucky Vader kept his cool during that match. With that size difference, Vader could have easily gave Michaels something he didn't want.
Brock Lesner vs Undertaker Hell In A Cell 2002 . I think it was at No Mercy . Then of course the Ironman match with Kurt Angle.

Going stiff,for no reason,against a 6 foot tall,200 lb gal like Jax was a stupid move on Flair's part.She probably just did it feeling she could get away with it.
No one remembers that Saturn AND Malenko did the same damn thing to two jobbers just (I think) a week earlier on the same show (Jakked/Metal); Saturn even did the same stairs spot on one of them. IDK if they had PO'd the veterans, or it was how they worked. No one even noticed, yet kicked up a stink over Mike Bell (who had been jobbing for the WWF since *1991*, so he shouldn't have had TOO many nerves)...

I'm sorry, but can we pause and remember how ridiculous the Dom custody stipulation was? It's right up there with Judy Bagwell on a Pole... or any other Russo booking. Next time you're feeling nostalgic for the attitude era, remember these existed.
Back then it was like WWE existed in its own fantasy world. Only instead of orcs and elves and magic it took place in a realm in which wrestling matches were at the center of everything in life. Nothing about the custody of Dom ladder match makes any sense unless you view it like a fantasy story (even then, it has plenty of holes).

I can't stand Nia Jax in the ring. I think she is dangerous and runs the risk of causing someone a career ending injury but I must say she is beautiful for a woman of that size.
Well you asked what my favorite Brock Lesnar match was and to be honest I don't like sex offenders and people that hurt women. So Brock Lesnar is a piece of trash and you putting him on the show is not a good idea because he will never be in the WWE ever again for what he did to Janelle. That's for sure.
