I don’t think Amazon will give refund or replace it as it was purchased in 2018.
Both units are working but not pairing up, have removed battery and put back still the same.
You may be surprised on Amazon return. Did you check the charge of the batteries and correct orientation of them . You are welcome.

I got this in 2018 from Amazon .
I am having same problem trying to pair it , as it goes dead , battery is fine, just the receiver and transmitter not pairing up. Read the instructions throughly, still no sense. Any ideas or basically help...

Are you 5 feet away when trying to pair it ? Try taking the batteries out and putting them back in as well. You could just have a bad unit , call Amazon for exchange or refund. Hope this helps.
Can you help me? The receiver works plays music and everything, I tried pairing it but it doesn’t seem to pair because when I press the doorbell it doesn’t ring
I’ve also followed the instructions on to how unpair and did so. Then tried to repair which was supposedly done and still when I press doorbell nothing happens
Hopefully you have electricity to the unit . Make sure the gif is not turning off the power when you plug it in . Also that you did not exceed the distance from door bell 🛎 to unit on wall . Replace battery in doorbell. Read up on how to turn up volume on unit I believe it is adjustable. That’s all I can think of . Good luck 🍀
