Nah y’all trippin, hawk’s quirk is busted. Each feather can carry a grown ass person, and his biggest ones are sharp ass swords. The feathers are really durable too. He really versatile and the quirk is nuts
No cap i want to have this fucking power so bad! He is fucking BUSTED!
Even more crazy is that those feathers are sensitive enough to "hear". That quirk covers a lotta ground.
AND they can regrow
He can even sense vibration with it which makes him a good spy
But best of all he can fly. Already 100/10 top quirk imo
And he's one of the fastest if not the fastest hero on top of that thanks to his wings
Hawks' quirk sounds weak until you realize he can fly faster than sound and each of those feathers is like a solid steel sword LMAO

They mock Jeanist, while MHA:Vigilantes shows him literally holding a skyscaper together with his power. He's one of the top pros for a reason, that shit was epic.
And they say they gon show up naked he literally wears his own weapon he beats you easier if you're naked

Fun facts: about Midnight's hero outfit, in the manga all the white sections are flesh coloured. Also Best Jeanist is a reference to an annual award Japan has.
Aizawa's outfit is black, the "green" you guys are seeing is just the way the light hits his clothes.

Hawk's quirk may seem very underpowered, but when you see him in action he's extremely skilled and versatile when utilizing it. His feathers are actually very strong, strong enough to carry a person and can be as sharp as a sword. They're not exactly ordinary feathers,and his speed and dexterity is nothing to laugh at. He's not the strongest, but he is definitely a highly-skilled hero.
Imagine if he could hunt like a Peregrine Falcon. Grown man divebombs you at 200 mph, no chance,

I think the biggest reason Hawks is number 2 is because his quirk is among the best I’m aware of thus far for saving people. Iirc he can hear or otherwise somehow sense whatever is happening around every individual feather he controls, and he can telekinetically control all of them at once with extreme precision. The best example I can think of off the top of my head (I’m only aware of stuff up to the point where Dr. Doof shows up) was during the fight between Endeavor and that one Nomu, where a building was collapsing and Hawks iirc managed to successfully locate and safely extract every single civilian from that building before it fell to the ground. That’s just my opinion though, and it’s been a while since I’ve consumed any MHA content so I could be wrong somewhere.

Hawks is also a child soldier, he’s one of the best trained heroes out there (although him being a child soldier is very fucked up) also his feathers can essentially become knives and swords. They can absolutely kill you.

The hero ranking isn't dependent on pure destructive power, they factor in how many people the hero rescued and property damage they cause and they are not allowed to kill villains. 13 can kill villains easily and causes a crap ton of property damage. Same with Mount lady, she spends most of the money she makes to pay for the property damage she causes.
Yup, I think it's a similar case with Ryukyu. Having enlarging quirks is really a nuisance tbh, especially to use them in a big city.

And you know what, it's not even a matter of modesty. She's perfectly comfortable with her body, doesn't have that society-inflicted shame, well good for her. But, unless your quirk was invulnerability, you should not be leaving that much of your body exposed/unsupported.
If you have boobs bigger than an A-cup, you don't want to be running or leaping or dodging with them bouncing around. I can assure you: it does not feel good. So, really, I don't know what she was thinking.

Nah Hawk quirk is one of the most op. Those are not normal feathers. They are like small daggers. 1 is strong enough to carry around 100 kg. His biggest feathers are just like katanas. His quirk also gives himm crazy speed and the ability to fly
To be fair to Hawks, the feathers are more versatile than they appear. They look good, he can use them as tracking devices, to fly and is considered the fastest responding hero, and his feathers can act as knives, they are sharp and will cut people. Plus a single feather can hold up a person, so he can do stuff like save fifty people from a burning building all at once, while getting coffee. As for why black hole isn’t a higher rated quirk, it’s because the hero limits themselves since it’s kind of overkill. This list is a publicly voted most popular hero list, based on whos the most effective (or most well liked) by the public.

Cant stop laughing, this dude can NOT get over the feather dude and its hilarious because Hawks is so incredibly OP. It triggered him so much that the vid stopped being about drip and more about who could beat up the feather dude. Man just could not fathom how this bird dude was the #2 hero with his feathers of all things, it distracted him for the whole rest of the video, was mad funny. I hope there's a part 2 so that fashion dude can keep losing his lid over the weird quirks.

18:37 top of heroes is not based on power alone thou. Super powerfull quirks are quite rare to be fair, so you don't need superhuman strength or big fire power to defeat most opponents. Top is also based on popularity and etc, dome heroes are better at resquing peolple for example ans etc.

Aizawa's costume is awesome, its got practicality. When ranking aizawa's costume you have to take into account that he is trying to look like a homeless man.

I want to explain jeanist’s fit a bit better. I agree that it looks garbage but the thing is it is highly functional as denim has an incredibly high thread count so there is more to control hence why it works best of denim
They gave 13 the Sora shoes so now y’all GOT to rate Kingdom Hearts and TWEWY fits. Especially bc TWEWY is based on Japanese street fashion, Christian would have a field day.

Christian is getting the bare minimum of what the quirks do. He needs some examples like how Hawks can pick up a person with a single feather. Or how best Jeanist can hold down building sized monsters

Hawks' quirk is really good and versatile. He can fly, each of his feathers can a carry a grown person, he can sense vibrations and almost "hear" with them, and they can become as sharp as a sword. He's very versatile, as he can both fight, provide support and rescue people

Cool vid, from what I remember, the heroes are ranked on efeciency, like how many people they can rescue periodically, how many cases they can solve etc. So Hawks and best jeanist are effecient, versatile and can multitask with their power, big hitters like the dragon can cause collateral damage so the ranking don't reflect their powers well.

I think the reason the black hole girl isn't as high up is she's very restricted by her power: she can just as easily harm civilians or teammates with her power then a villain. It's very rare as a hero you can straight up justify killing someone. On that note Endeavor is also highly hampered by his power, THOUGH he can use it very well to avoid harming people. Hawks and Jeanist van use their Quirks for more surgically and swiftly, disarm people or neutralized with a well aimed shot in the right spot: and they can do if faster and with more accuracy. AND more important they can also grab or pull people out of the way w/o doing harm.

Okay, just so these guys know how the Heroes are actually ranked, it’s not based on power at all, that’s not even chose to how it works. heroes in BNHA are ranked based on their record, the people they’ve saved, the villains they beat, and just bad things they stopped, though the amount of agencies they have is also a factor if I remember right. Yes having a strong quirk can help with this, but that’s not what the hero rankings is about, and the ranks change every year.
