Thank you, saved the day. daughter about to go out and hands me a knotted chain, I tried for ages, then you tube to the rescue and this video saved the day. One happy Daughter, one happy Dad, 3 or 4 knots removed with this technique, using a hair pin and tweezers. :)

I don't normally wear necklaces, but my mom recently passed away and I wear a pendant with her thumbprint around my neck.
