Seriously folks, would it kill these guys to make this videos available with English subtitles... considering they were more than happy to run around begging Americans for millions of dollars in 'donations' to restore French historic landmarks, the least they could do is show some gratitude and let the Americans watching on CZcams enjoy the results of the hard earned money they gave. (And the French wonder why they are considered the rudest people on the planet... what a bunch of self entitled and UNGRATEFUL people... once they get your money, they choose to slap you in the face!)

This is a video from the archives of the city of Paris and not from the Château de Versailles channel. So they don't owe you anything, especially since the video dates from 2012. The videos of the Versailles Palace channel on the restorations are almost all dubbed in English or at least have subtitles in English. The Americans are not the only ones to make donations and they have already been thanked many times, there is even a sign thanking them in the pavilion frais. It would obviously be great if the videos were available in English but there are polite ways to ask. Moreover, a donation is made voluntarily for the pleasure of participating in a beautiful project. We are not supposed to expect any return. As for the French not being grateful, I think it would be interesting to remind you that the United States just destroyed a multi-billion euro French military arms deal with Australia a few months ago. Rather ungrateful from a country that gained independence with the help of the French.
