Just a little FYI - "walk of shame" is a term people use when they're talking about someone who had sex with someone and walked home in their clothes from the night before. Knowing this and listening to this song makes this 10x better. Darren definitely knew this term when he wrote this song, so it's funny to think that at first, this seems like a sweet love song, but really it's a love song about a one-night stand, basically. Darren said in an interview, that he wanted to write a song about the walk of shame, but from a different point of view - he said - what if it is NOT a walk of shame, what if it is the opposite - something like the victory lap dance (his own words), the one night stand that was so amazing that he is feeling GREAT and it is there - everything - in the lyrics, in the tone of his voice. This song is awesome.
