When she say's " flour bath" reminds me of a time when I wanted to surprise the family by making home made Hummus well all was going great until I went to blend all my ingredients and omg, I forgot to put the lid on the blender so there was chickpeas , lemon Juice and Tahini sauce all over the walls, the windows the ceiling the cupboards , it took me forever to clean up the mess, I was crying as it was not my kitchen , it was my Mother in laws kitchen and I was trying to have supper ready for when she and my father in law returned home from working all day at their business.

MeMe, I forgot to tell you that I made your recipe for Bread Pudding using the Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl bread with raisins (only I substituted that with Aldi's version of the same thing), following your instructions and even included serving the cooked Jello vanilla pudding as a sauce for the pudding. I and all my friends who shared it loved it. Thanks for giving us a perfectly good bread pudding recipe!😂😂
