    Dont have a great ground knowledge about authority permission but it will be very much out of the box and appreciable if authority allow builder to widened the road.. My personal opinion is it should be allowed without any objection and authority should also winden the road for remaining portion of pusta road.

      @@whitehatrealty please note that in Attalika they are selling 32 floors but the RERA approval is only there for 11 floors per tower. Pls highlight such discrepancies as well so that people are more aware.

    Greater Noida West is far better in terms of infrastructure and better living experience. Big No to this location.

      Indeed, Greater Noida West has better infrastructure than Indirapuram. However, this location is ideal for those working in East or Central Delhi, as it can save them at least an hour of daily commuting time. Reaching Greater Noida West from Indirapuram during office hours has become a significant challenge.

Indirapuram don't have large number of high rise projects .. 65% are builder floor with 4 floor building max... compare to gr west which is every thing High rise ... check now so many societies having basic problems

      @@purikapil2972 For someone like me who have lived in high population density area, the first preference for me is to choose a place with as low density as possible... it's not just people when an area have uncontrollable population rise we experience multitude of problems happened many time in indirapuram Will keep happening in future too

      @@tosamk Check Ramprastha Sector 37D township in Gurgaon. They didn't complete the project and the construction quality was very poor.

      Ghaziabad is ghaziabad not noida or greater Noida. Light issues bahut hai waha

      @@tosamk We agree that this location falls in Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida has much better infrastructure than Indirapuram and is comparatively less dense. However, for those living in East Delhi or working in Central Delhi, this location offers significantly reduced travel time, potentially saving at least an hour. If you can comfortably travel to Greater Noida West from this location, it might be a preferable choice over Indirapuram. Additionally, Prestige is planning to launch a large township project adjacent to this location, indicating that they see significant demand here.
