1 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 1/2 cup flour (I use oat flour) combine ingredients to make a dough. Roll and cut out cookie shapes. Bake at 350 for 35 min. DIY dog treats!!

looks delicious! I also just made some pumpkin soap and only ended up using a couple of tablespoons 😂 freeze the purree for future soaps or make a pumpkin latte!
You can freeze them for soap in later use, use in a milk smoothies, pumpkin soup and as a thickening in sauce.
Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cookies. So many pumpkinny things to make! Or freeze some for later soaps or bakes. You should do a vid on your Zimmerman channel showing what you ended up doing with all that puree'!

Pumpkin soup! Basically the same recipe as any butternut squash soup recipe. I recently made a Thai curry inspired pumpkin soup with thai red curry paste and coconut milk to use up some Halloween pumpkins, it was a amazing and made a ton. You can also add pumpkin puree to any homemade bread! I make some pumpkin dinner rolls that are always a hit.
Its beautiful. Looks very healthy. You can use the rest of pumpkin and make pumpkin soap. Or freeze it and use again for soap.
Freeze it that way you'll have it on hand for adding it to your dog food, it's got alot of vitamins and minerals that's good for your pup, your soap when you want to use it instead of getting another pumpkin, making a pie, just name it. But it will freeze well and you'll have it for when you need it and if you're into canning you can do that as well. Be sure to divide it up into smaller portions to freeze.
Make some pumpkin bread or pumpkin pie. You can use whole wheat flour or regular bleached flour for pumpkin bread. Also you can make mini loaves for gifts. Pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert is a great dish! Good luck using all your pumpkin up.

Pumpkin purée is great for pumpkin soup, but also (and I strongly recommend!) for pumpkin bread. If you do not have the time to use it immediately, feel free to freeze it :)
That looks like partial gel to me and not a true swirl. I could be wrong but that's how it appears. I love the touch of sparkle on the tops of these bars and love the natural color of this soap!
Yes, this is how I add pumpkin or other fresh ingredients to my soap. I do discount the puree from my water. You could have used the remaining pumpkin puree for pumpkin pie or bread either one. That's what I do! My family loves both equally, yum. Nothing better than a slice of pumpkin bread with coffee in the morning.

My pup Gibson actually had some tummy issues so the puree went mostly to his dinners lol BUT I want to make more to attempt pumpkin pie or bread :)

Make pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, oatmeal pumpkin cookie, ooohh May favorite is oatmeal chocolate chip n pumpkin cookies, pumpkin bread. It’s amazing!! Then I make apple b😢and put it on the pumpkin bread n u can put dark chocolate cups in it but I like my bread without it. U can make candied n pumpkin casserole. Use equal parts of pumpkin and sweet potato’s then add a lil of the maple syrup a little honey a hint of white pepper add dark drown sugar a little cinnamon n clove a hint. U can add but u can’t take away u can add a pinch of nutmeg then put mini marshmallows all over the top. Keep adding marshmallows till u can’t see any of the sweet potato / pumpkin anymore. Then bake on 350°F until marshmallows have that beautiful golden on top. It’s so good.
I got more ideas n recipes if u want just let me know. I use purée in most of my soap’s. I love banana purée. It’s so good for the skin. I have to say and I don’t know why but I never cover my soaps or hearing pad them I never C-pop them or refrigerate them. I never ever have a problem I’ve never had a partial gelled soap. Hi Jerika, did you say you use 3%-5% fragrance on this soap? Does it sound alot? thanks! i'm learning! Fragrance is quite expensive lol
3-5% is typical usage, but it would depend on the fragrance oil. some max usage rates are lower than that so its good practice to check each fragrance. yep, fragrance is usually the most expensive ingredient in soap lol.

This would not be a nice eating pumpkins so soap would be a good thing. In Australia we eat pumpkins all year round.
What type of fragrance is used in soap making.. oil soluble fragrance or water soluble..?
Oil soluble and cold process stable. Not all fragrance oils work in cold process.
