- Sacral Chakra is second important Chakra amongst 7 Chakras . Its also called swadisthan chakra . This chakra is closely related to root chakra . It is also called the womb chakra. and it deals with the emotions, sexual energy and sensual energy. When blocked, one feels emotionally stuck , constipated, insecure , unsettled and afraid.

Its not always possible to forgive and forget if there is reoccuring toxicity, hard to avoid. Many people can come from less loving homes.
