Firstly thank you to everyone who has stuck with me on this channel, i'm extremely thankful to all of you and sorry that i've been gone for so long!!!

for me your best work starts from the beginning of the video right the way through it No matter it’s content and I’m so happy to see you back and happy with where you are at mentally and I know how you feel as a training neurological specialist nurse with mental health issues myself it’s so hard facing people and them expecting you to be okay with everything that’s placed on you and just expecting you to carry on .you’re amazing :) xx
