A couple weeks ago I dropped a question to my audience and asked them for which archetype they would want to see a combo guide and Speedroids where the most requested. So fast-forward a couple weeks and here we are.
Currently, Speedroid is often played with a Kashtira engine (which is significantly larger in the TCG/OCG due to unlimited access to Fenrir and the field spell) as Kashtira Unicorn might as well be a Speedroid card. It is a wind monster, free special summon and can search extension in Birth, so what is not to love for a deck that often locks itself into wind summons anyway. Also, the Kashtira cards are excellent boardbreakers, handtrap magnets and can give you knowledge about your opponent's deck. All which are very valuable, especially the latter.
Opponent's deck knowledge is that powerful because Speedroids have access to specific extra deck cards which can almost shutdown specific decks. Gaining this knowledge is therefore instrumental in this decks performance.
Also, this deck houses a couple 1-card combos, has excellent extension and can run up to 17 non-engine cards. This alone makes it a hard deck to deal with in the current meta. Is it the best deck... definitely not, but is it fun... YES!
Lastly, the 'pure' Speedroid combos can be used for the Synchro and Link event that is coming to Master Duel soon. And with the core not being overly expensive, use this guide to your benefit.

    Disclaimer for these Basics guides:
    1) We pretend that only have the cards in the starters or searchers header in our hand and no other cards.
    2) We will ignore the opponents' hand, unless we need them to do something to show parts of our combo.
    3) The searchers specified will be able to kick-start the combo by fetching starters. It is possible we use search cards later in the combo that aren't specified in the searchers at the start.
    4) The presented decklist may vary from the used list in the combo tutorial, as for the tutorial we want to increase the odds of pulling the combo off.
    5) The presented decklists are taking the meta into account but are often different in hindsight. Also, certain cards (especially hand traps) can be easily switched out based on preference or meta relevancy.
The YuGiOh! Basics Series is a series of videos where we elaborately walk through different combo lines and combo strategies for different decks so you can learn how to win. Aiming to inform beginners of the deck, or just beginners to YuGiOh! in general and we perform these combos in Konami's YuGiOh! Master Duel, even though most combos work fine in the OCG/TCG too. We're hoping that these guides will give you the confidence of playing with a tier 0 deck, even though it is ranked slightly (or vastly) below that and not, as Seto Kaiba had put it, be a third rate duelist with a forth rate deck. Be as Yugi Moto, play, learn and believe in the heart of the cards and beat the Master Duel Meta!

@@diana-Lulu I know that there are pretty good guides on D/D/D (think Fafnir MD had a very detailed one). I'll look into Raidraptor, as I like the archetype's looks, but I am not sure if it is worth making before the new support arrives in Master Duel (which could be sooner than we think, we already got Poplar from the newest set). Nevertheless, I'll have a good look into the archetype!

3:26, I get that Baronne is very strong, but at that point, you could have went for a level 7 clear wing monster, and use that + cork shooter to go into crystal clear wing synchro dragon, which has not only a monster effect negate, that makes it untargetable and gives it attack equal t othe negated monster's, but also a spell/trap negate separately from that. That's 2 negates for the price of 1. While also it dumps a level 7 clear wing in your graveyard, in case you ever draw into a monster reborn, so you can bring that back for additional intrruptions. Clear Wing Synchro Dragon and Clear Wing Fast Dragon both have nice interruptions, in case you want the "bring back with Monster Reborn" line, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon is the better alternative, as Fast Dragon would go in the extra deck face up due to being pendulum, rather than in the graveyard. Considering what the level 11 Speedroid synchro monster does, having at least 1-1 of both in the extra deck is a given anyway.
All in all, I see that your extra deck didn't have some of the cards I mentioned, as you included some I didn't a vice versa. Rather than the 2 cards you had on either side of clear wing synchro dragon, the 2 XYZ cards, and the 2nd Rubberband Shooter, I had a 2nd Cork Shooter, a 2nd Clear Wing Fast Dragon, a 2nd Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, Crystal Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, and the level 11 Hi-Speedroid synchro monster that can wipe boards pretty neatly AND tg out into the 2 level 7 clear wings with different names. Speedroids have so many lines, that even after playing them for a long time now, I saw new ones here. True enough, I play them without kashtira/mecha phantom beast cards, so some of the lines were new for me for that simple reason, but still they are one of my all time favourite archetypes. And consdering how good they are even without mixing other stuff in, simply Clear Wing/ Crystal Wing and Speedroids on their own, I'd highly recommend them to everyone on the Synchro and Link event as well. I for one used this deck and barely lost any matches. Heck, when I swapped to Sky Strikers to get the link summon goals faster, I lost more, and Sky Strikers used to be a meta defining archetype. (TOSS format)

I 100% agree with you on all your takes, if we would consider a 'pure' Speedroid list, which this really isn't. Since in the TCG the Kashtira variant is outperforming 'pure' I decided to go closer to the Kash variant (in MD the field spell and Fenrir are limited which in the TCG they are not), and I already had the Kash cards and not all the Clear Wings, so it made sense to me to go for the Kash combination instead of 'pure´.
In case of the Crystal Clear Wing Synchro Dragon (CCWS Dragon), its first effect does not negate. It does make itself unaffected and gain an attack boost based on the monster it targets (which in some cases can negate monster effects, when they would try to affect CCWS Dragon), making it very hard to get rid off, but it isn't a negate. It does have a spell/trap negate though. And since CCWS Dragon has a tighter summoning requirement than Baronne (as it needs a Clear Wing synchro to be summoned - and if you want to reborn it later it cannot be the Pendulum one as you already pointed out), I think having Baronne often outweighs CCWS Dragon.
Currently, I feel that Speedroid performs reasonably well in both MD and the TCG due to the fact it can run a lot of non-engine (counting Fenrir as non-engine), with it being better in the TCG due to having better access to Fenrir. Also, the Kash cards are negate-bait themselves before you enter the Speedroid-lines. I consider 3 Unicorn and 1 Birth to be almost mandatory for Speedroid in MD nowadays as Unicorn is practically a Speedroid monster (its wind) with a free special summon whilst searching for extension in Birth.
Nevertheless, I am happy you went out of your way to explain certain interactions for 'pure' Speedroid, so in case people have questions about that, I can refer to you. Thank you!

@@cognitivegrub0 well, in the Synchro & Link event, that's been going on now, I played a few matches with my Sky Striker deck as mentioned above, which is really outdated (no linkage, and only 1 Kagari, as she was limited to 1 when I built the deck) and had 2 losses for the wins it got me.
With the pure speedroid deck however, I didn't lose a single match, so that's 1 more reason why I love that archetype.

Daiko Duke can special summon from the GY or from the hand, so you can always summon with the Duke. Also, if you have nothing better, you can normal summon it with RBS. It isn't ideal though.
Also, if you have Dice + Taketomborg, you can use the double Taketomborg-line as a blueprint. That is the best a Dice in hand can do I'm afraid.
