Gen 9 OU is really messed upđ
It's mostly swarmed by Dragapult, Great Tusk, Roaring Moon, Sun team, Gholdengo, Pikachu, Charizard etc.
But then we also have stall Pokemon like Garganacl, Toxapex, Lechonk (lol), Clodsire, Dondozo, etc
Some also got banned by Chi-Yu, Iron Bundles, Palafin, Flutter mane, etc
And then a UU Pokemon comes and destroys it all đ

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet also has too many glitches too, imagine playing that as an Android game lol, the game would run at such low frame rate that my protosynthesis great tusk would outrun it but my favourite is mixed booster energy quark drive Iron Valient

Dual weather with hail and rain, you get tera water weather ball with 150bp and rain boost on top coming off of 130 base spatk and with water typing its sm harder to hit super effectively. Weedletwineedle did a video showcasing it
Tera fairy is better then water for Glaceon,or tera ground.
@@ferrucciocaracciuolo8139 How? you still become weak to steel typing. Water gives resistances on both steel and fire, whilst making fighting and rock neutral. Water it's a better defensive type than fairy tbh, grass isn't a common type. Only thing I can think of is meowscarada, electric on the other hand sure can be bad, but fairy doesn't get rid of all the weaknesses.
Ground tera I can see working better than fairy, still, it makes you go 100% tera blast to gain the full potential of it unlike water tera that is just that more flexible. Just imo tho

I would have added Whirpool to Azu instead of Metronome. You get damage every turn and prevent that Torkoal from switching out.
And you can perish trap mons too.
Only problem is that whirlpool isnt available on azu in gen 9

If only Ice didn't have so many weaknesses, it could be much better as a defensive typing
Grass has more weaknesses but still can be a good defensive type to wall some water electric grass coverage, but ice reli has only one resistance⊠ice itselfđđ

The problem with ice type isnât the number of weaknesses, but the lack of resistances. It literally resists nothing (aside from itself, which kinda doesnât count)

I sometimes do anti-lead Meowscarada like that guy did, even in Ubers, it works very well.
Also, if you will always switch out avalugg against special attackers, it doesn't hurt to carry rocky helmet instead, it's great vs things like u turn and he's an already good physically defensive pokemon to take advantage of.

I'm currently using a snow team in ranked double battles and it is so underrated! Abomasnow tera water Aurora Veil, Blizzard, Giga Drain and Tera Blast and a Slush Rush Cetitan with Belly Drum, Ice Spinner, Heavy Slam and Earthquake are the best to utilise it, with a Clodsire to set up spikes and either Skeledirge or Annihilape depending on opponent's biggest strengths. Clodsire has pretty decent attack investment for Earthquake and Gunk Shot to pack a punch for opponents but not a danger to it's allies

So I did get it right, that youre using aqua ring on a pokemon with Perish Song, so you get trapped and your opponent doesnt...? At least also use whirlpool to trap them then
Tbh I also would've thought perish trap is better. But the logic makes sense, consistent damage and utility through chilling water, checks out for a defensive mon, and metronome to not be fodder. Tho ig you could run a better offensive move.
Aqua ring doesn't trap tho, you're mistaken. You can even see that it does not work like ingrain in this video, multiple times

@@inazuma-fulgur because if youâre running a defensive azu with PERISH SONG you might as well trap them to take the KO. Thatâs just common sense. I assumed azu doesnât get whirlpool in gen 9 now, but if he does then this guy 100% done goofed

yeah metronome is unreliable and not as good as whirlpool because its almost a guaranteed KO with PSong if they dont have the dmg output to kill azu

i adore your stupid Azumarill set. once i brought an Azumarill to a monotype tournament whose primary attacking move was Superpower (other moves were priority and status) and everyone hated it but it oneshot the Kingambits i wanted oneshot so i am no stranger to weird Azu sets. even if watching Azumarill and Clodsire duke it out was painful (why was it tera water if it was WATER ABSORB)
superpower is standard for azu in gen 4 uu
