Pork ribs curry gravy with basmati rice MUKBANG/ASMR

Today I’m eating pork ribs curry with rice it was really delicious and tender I hope you will enjoy 😉 with me

Recipe
3 tbs oil
4 cardamon
3 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1 big cardamon
Roast it for few minutes and add ribs and let it fry till it’s get brown
Now take the ribs out from the oil
Add onion in same oil and garlic ginger paste
Fry until the colour looks brown
Add three medium chopped tomatoes
Cook it until it’s get soft
Now add masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon cardamon powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 turmeric
2 teaspoon chilli powder
And cook it for 3 to 4 minutes
Now add ribs and salt as your taste
Mix it well add 1cup water and transfer in to pressure cook and give a 4 to 5 whistle
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander
