my 1st Bud Billiken Parade I had a blast I asked the top cop could he escort Our greet Governor to me so I can shake his hand and he did just that I start shaking I forgot to get a picture. Nobody asked how old it was, which is interesting history. I said it's not the largest black parade. West Indian day parade brings in 2 million people every year. It is THE black parade in America lol.
