You are saving water bottle caps for the tentacles of the large yarn octopus you will be making to go over your front door for Halloween. Obviously.

Re flattening the tubes, why not try using a rolling pin on a lot of them at once? Love all you do. The Lord surely gifted you!

You should make a basket to hold all your rolled tubes. I think that would get rid of a few million tubes! $4 million on Etsy for a funky basket might just get you a buyer that has more money than you have paper tubes! Nice trade-off!!

I think you are collecting the water bottle caps because you secretly want to create checker sets. . .lol!

Oh jeez, I've gotta stop watching you. Now I want to make paper baskets and" stuff". I love these. Especially your own special design basket.... I swear, I'm going to try this. Thanks so much for sharing.

This video is a conversation, not a tutorial, so don't expect it to provide DIY info and process photos. Don't blame the artist just because you are watching the wrong video. The fault is yours.

I also have a big box of water bottle caps that I don't know why I keep but like you....I'm sure that someday they will be very useful !!!!!!!!!!! They make great hats for one thing. If you make small stuff like Barbie furniture and stuff you will find a use for them.....! Small doll accessories make for one great way to use them .. :) Thank you ! I enjoyed your video very much. Happy crafting !!!!!!!!!!

So after you've made about a million of them you can make something 😂😂😂I love it. I make polish star ornaments around Christmas time

Hey, your coiled paper tube projects are pretty snazzy. And combining the tubes and your beads was really inspired. Tell Mr.CZcams Hello.

Japanese have been making pots woven with rice paper and then varnishing them to make them water tight ..there are antique pots made with this technique that are hundreds of years old and still water tight as if they were used yesterday...we have such an abundance of paper and cardboard ..I always love to see how innovative and creative people are especially people in the third world who have a very developed since of learning to work with the resources they have it inspires me as well !Great video!I have subscribed !

I'm now in my 60's but when I was in the second grade, we cut and rolled newspaper comics around small dowels, which the teacher then dipped in clear gloss. After gloss dried, we strung "beads" to make necklaces. I had mine until 3 years when I cut beads off of string and used them to make my best friend eyeglass holder to wear around her neck. She still uses it.

Can’t believe the remarks some people make. I enjoy you as a person, not just a crafter. Hope you have a thick skin!

you are saving the caps because, you can use soda can tabs and paper or cloth to color them for other art projects similar to the bottle cap basket you have. you can also try drawing a picture on them and heating them in your oven like the plastic togo box art thingies. So many wonderful uses for your plastic caps.

Shannon-some people just have to criticize others. Especially when they aren't as talented as you. I enjoyed your video and found it very informative. Thank You, Linda

When my dad was in his 70's and 80's back in 1970 and 1980, he made rolled paper picture frames. He made a huge doll house which I still have. Also made a couple of log cabins, a ferris wheel and other things of interest. We had never seen any crafts like this before. He also made his own "tools" to roll the paper up.

I agree, when selling handmade items people/buyers often overlook the amount of time invested in making the goods. They see the cost, and go OMG! but overlook, the cost of materials, the creativity, the physical work and the time. Those are beautiful. It does worth 4 million :)
