I mean , sometimes it's not wrong to do adjusments according to our requirements.I gave more attention to paste recipe as I think, it is main partner of panipuri.And I had ingredients according to shorts. It took effort and time for me but the result was overwhelming.If you are really desperate about it then it's going to be more easy than real.I hope you got the answer.

Finally, I found an Indian whom I trust in his way of cooking food and its cleanliness completely. After seeing Indian street food, I am now craving to eat bread from his hand.😂❤
Well it's nothing much.. First we make the potato filling which needs mashed potatoes+ chopped onion+ spices( salt, pepper, zeera{roasted cumin } powder, chilli powder) he added extra toppings like peas and dry mango powder or amchur Then for the liquid we use tamarind water+ chilli powder+salt + zeera powder. (In this video he also added extra jaggery and amchur powder) And if you are still not satisfied you can also make Minty liquid too.(instead of tamarind add mint paste and water).but he actually made it in a different way by making coriander and mint paste. Well for the puri you just need flour+ samolina and make a dough and fry it.
