Nuclear War Simulator - North Korea Nuclear Test Disaster Leads to Loss of Millions

Part of my ongoing testing for a massive realistic multi-nation nuclear escalation scenario. This time I am testing an escalation revolving around a North Korean nuclear test disaster that leads to China and the US escalating limited strikes that would eventually lead to increasing losses.
I really ran into some issues with the software on this one and apologize in advance. I am going to test and find out why certain strikes are failing.
